This Privacy Policy explains how Servisio, owned and operated by SAE Ventures LLC, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the website, mobile app, and related services.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect account details such as your name, email address, password-authentication data, business name, phone number, address, and profile settings. We also collect business records you create in the app, including client details, jobs, estimates, invoices, payment settings, support requests, and related operational data.

We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser or device type, app platform, session activity, timestamps, and similar diagnostic information to operate the service, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product.
4. Cookies, Sessions, and Similar Technologies
Servisio and its service providers may use cookies, session tokens, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure your session, remember preferences, detect abuse, understand feature usage, and support core app functionality. At this time, the service is designed around essential authentication and session technologies rather than advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking tools. If you block or disable required cookies or session technologies, some parts of the service may not function properly.
5. How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide app features, process billing-related actions, send transactional messages, support customer requests, monitor product usage, detect abuse, and maintain the reliability and security of the service.

These may include Supabase, Stripe, Railway, and email-delivery vendors such as Resend. Payment and billing information is processed through third-party payment providers. Servisio does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers. Billing and payment data may be subject to the privacy policies and security practices of those payment providers.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide account access, maintain customer records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security logs, and support legitimate business needs. If an account becomes inactive, is suspended, or is submitted for deletion, we may retain some related information for backup integrity, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax and accounting records, dispute resolution, enforcement, and other legitimate operational purposes. We do not guarantee immediate deletion of all account or business data from active systems, logs, backups, archives, or third-party processor systems.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for keeping your own copies or backups of important business data.

You may be able to update account or business profile information from within the app. If you want to request deletion of your Servisio account, you can use the in-app account settings flow or the public account deletion page linked from the app and this website. We review deletion requests in light of applicable law, security, fraud-prevention needs, backup integrity, and our legitimate business obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.
11. International Use
Servisio is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for understanding whether local laws apply to your use of the service and the data you place into it. You understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We do not represent that the service is appropriate, lawful, or compliant for use in every country or jurisdiction.
12. Children
Servisio is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date if appropriate. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
